Due to unforseen circumstances, we are doing server maintenance. This will last for an unknown amount of time.
Rest assured we are working diligently to get you guys back up and playing Noble as soon as possible.
During the down time, please refrain from making guest accounts. This feature is not active anyways and all it does is put unnecessary information that bogs things up.

Going to add onto this to explain why it says your account is banned. Basically there is an error in the database where the banned column in the database got changed to 1 for all of us. For roughly 85% of the 3000+ accounts that exist, those will be unbanned and back to normal once they can patch up some things to where this can never happen again. Maybe this will decrease the ban appeals and shoutbox posts of people asking why they're banned, etc. Maybe not.  |

For those trying to register an account on the forums, Ace has registration disabled for the time being until all of this stuff is resolved. Once everything is back to normal we'll go through and enable it again.

They have to go through all of the accounts to make sure they're not unbanning accounts that are supposed to still be banned.
Then once you go through all those thousands of accounts, if the hacker attacks again then it undoes all your work and you're back to square one.
As a result, they are taking the extra time to make sure that the vulnerability is fixed first.

Considering what was done that caused to get everyone banned in the first place, the very first step is to fixing the various things needed to where it will be impossible for this to happen again. That alone requires quite an intense amount of work and that's also why it has been taking them a couple of days so far. Once all of that is taken care of then the account unbanning will be done. It seems that some of you guys can't see how serious this situation is, in fact it's the most serious situation there has ever been in the 2 1/2 years Noble has been around. Which is saying something compared to some of the others. The way that they're going about and fixing everything currently is the only way to deal with it once and for all, and to prevent similar situations like this to happen in the future. The only thing for the rest of us to do for the time being is let Vinxi and Geisha do their thing. Once everything is back to normal I'm sure they'll be some sort of special event or something to compensate for this unexpected turn of events and down-time. |

Not only that, but even if we DID unban everyone, it would be pointless as any actions done would not be saved. You would be doing something for nothing, as we are not using any data that has occurred after 03/12/2015.

[Update] All that's left to do is double check for accuracy and we should be good to go!!
I do have some concerns with a few inconsistencies I found, along with a few other things, so I'm hoping for the best case scenario in which I got it all right and everything plays well together.
I think worse case scenario is not catching something that will break certain features.... in that case, y'all will have to bare with us as we patch the problem.
(I don't expect this to be the case, but I still feel that I should mention it)
Thank you for being patient and I personally apologize for it taking as long as it has (although I assure you we we have all been working hard and doing our best... I just don't like the fact that it's taking so long >_>).
