How long have you played MapleStory in general?
I've been playing Maplestory for 9 years and never stopped for a break or a halt in period because I love the game just as much as I love the community.
Have you played any other MapleStory private servers? If so, which ones and for how long?
There's honestly too many to mention, but just the major ones I've spent quality time in shaping and playing would be: SpringStory, ExtaliaMS, LunaMS, LucidMS, SolMS, BreakerStory, MapleStrip
Have you been a staff member on any other MapleStory private servers? If so, which ones and for how long?
I was a GFX Designer and backstory writer on SpringStory for 2 years before GMS decided to shut us down. I then became a GM in ExtaliaMS due to the lack of staff members for a couple of months. Another one was when I became a forum mod for MapleStrip to ensure questions would be answered efficiently.
What other MMORPG(s) do you play besides MapleStory?
Since Lex commented about 50% of them not being MMORPGs... These are the MMORPGs I played before:

Things that I love about this server is that everyone is connected. The server is closely knit. Sure there are some grudges here and there. But in terms of everything, we met each other through this server and this community is small enough that if you say hi, AT LEAST 3-5 people will respond. Unless they're Adam and afk or F3 when you do say hi.
This server is nostalgic to the point that when I do go from GMS and this server, it challenges me enough to say. Damn, I love it when it was this hard to get a level. That everything was an accomplishment. Getting a level from 30 to 31. Feels like an accomplishment to me on this server... While getting from level 1 - 195 was easy as 3 hours in GMS.
The custom events such as iSpy, Scavenger Hunt, and the monthly events prove to be some content that's not nostalgic but also adds a twist to the server.
The other thing would be the GMs. You might be like, "What? Wes actually likes the GMs? Then why the fuck did he explode, rant, and end up quitting because of them?" <--- I'll get to that. But honestly, these GMs are close, responsive, and kind. Anytime you have a problem, question, or even just turning in Scavenger Hunt (Ace, Kushina), they respond eventually. They get it done and I love that about them. They're the fuckin best GMs. Sure some of them screw with you but honestly they used to be players just like you. They know/knew what you've been through and on top of that? They fuckin CODE THE DAMN SERVER! (This has 2 meanings) <--- I'll get to that. But honestly they do this shit and add more content for players like us. Even if they don't code, then they use their own time to host events such as Lex, Kim, Nina, Liz, and Adam. They have their own lives, but they get on to host them regardless.
Why do you want to work with us?
To create better communication between players and GMs and to supply Noblestory with another staff member.
What skills can you bring with you to the server (e.g. Coding, Database Management, GFX, Video, etc.)?
Adobe Premiere Pro 5.4, Adobe Maya 2013-2015, Adobe Photoshop, basic GM skills, good communications, friendly manner
What do you think needs to be improved on the server, and how would you go about improving it?
Communication between the player base and the staff base. I would go on about improving it by suggesting changes to the community, having polls to decide things, listening/looking to everything from each different perspective.
Any final comments?
I do have intermittent explosive disorder (Read up on it if you don't know what it means) and I know I caused drama earlier before this, but I hope that doesn't affect how you look at my application. Thanks.
