Boss PQ (Available to All Levels): To begin BPQ, either talk to Jean in Lith Harbor, Martin in Orbis, or Tony in Ludibrium. This PQ is similar to Dojo, however we have put our own NobleStory spin on it. Note that the points listed are on Easy Mode (Jean), with 1x HP and 1x Points. Hard Mode (Martin) is 3x HP and 2x Points, while Hell Mode (Tony) is 5x HP and 3x Points. The list of bosses you will have to kill in order are:

You may obviously quit at any point in time. You may attempt BPQ a maximum of three times per day, and runs will reset every 24 hours. Jean will send you to a BPQ where bosses have 1x HP and give 1x Points. Martin will send you to a BPQ where bosses have 3x HP and 2x Points. Tony will send you to a BPQ where bosses have 5x HP and 3x Points.

After monitoring several spawns off and on for months now, including actively camping Phantom Forest, I can safely say that these spawn times are inaccurate.

Bigfoot and Pianus certainly do not spawn after 12/24 hours. They take several hours longer than that.
Whether the times are random or just longer (or both) I haven't been able to determine yet. Most likely both.
This may be GMS-like and actually working as intended, but should nonetheless be updated in the main topic to avoid further confusion, methinks.

Na, it has nothing to do with the restarts. This has been an ongoing issue since before new year. There was a time when BFs and HHs didn't spawn for days, which you can just assume was frustrating as all hell. I guess the Staff figured the issue was handled due to no one mentioning it on the forum since (aside from Kims comments that were debunked by statistics).

The BF and HH thing from some time ago was due to me deleting the !pmob'd ones when the last wz edits were done, which at the time it didn't make sense why they were !pmob'd when their spawn times weren't changed. Well, found out later on why they were lol. It was due to bosses not wanting to spawn back after they're killed the first time, so Ace !pmob'd them back and removed the ones in the wz xmls. As for the other bosses their spawn times should be fine as they're not going by the wz xmls but from mysql. I'll check the times and update the OP if any of them are different.

Hmmmm this is odd, just starting to go through the columns and I noticed that bosses like Mano, Stumpy, etc. have a 1 hour respawn rate. Not quite sure when that got changed back from 3 hours lol, but eh. What's even more odd is apparently Leviathan is set to have a 2 hour spawn rate? lmao.

Jr. Balrog shows to have an 3 hour spawn rate as what the OP says it does, as with everything else in the 6 hour section (except for Leviathan for whatever reason). Same with the 12 and 24 hour section also. So the mystery now is the Leviathan with the 2 hour spawn rate, and to a lesser extent the 1 hour spawn rate for the weaker bosses lol.

The ToT bosses don't seem to have been !pmob'd, I'm not sure what their spawn rates are. If they spawn back at all. :F3:

Each pmob is set to a third of their actual spawn time. Leviathan has a six hour respawn time, which is why it is at 2 hours.

Also just to be clear, no one snuck in and killed them all and I didn't have a quest bug (which I haven't seen happen in weeks anyway).

Based on that, either fix it so that the spawn times are matching the values in the database, or adapt the current spawn times.
