Well, the character is 'Sugoi' but the account that it's on is linked to the account with the character 'Grandma' on it.
Before the ban, 'Sugoi' was training at Ant Tunnel 3.
I know why the ban happened, hacking. No way around it there was hacking involved. However, while the account with 'Sugoi' is linked to the account with 'Grandma' on it, I was not the one who owned the account or used it.
The reason 'Sugoi' got banned was because my brother was blatantly hacking on it while I was out on lunch with an old friend of mine. When I got back he was crying and repeatedly apologized and said he should've listened to what I said. Next thing I do is I check and yep, I'm IP banned etc. What I'm saying is while I myself technically did not commit any hacking whatsoever and it was my brother who is at fault, I must take responsibility because of course that's how it should be done. I told him not to hack or cheat or anything of that matter (he is 11 and loves cheating the system) but nevertheless he went through with it anyway and now I'm in this situation. Some personal stuff I want to go over, I love the community, I love the server, and any hacking from this point forth wouldn't happen and if it did, I would be understanding of the repercussions. With that said, if you deem the ban unworthy of being withdrawn, the least I ask is to let me give my items away first, I would hate for them to go to waste.
And my brother said that before he was banned all he got was a message saying that he is banned for the hack reason, no GM name or GM themself was shown.
My gratitude and apologies, however this ends up, there are no hard feelings.
