There's no point in choosing a class just to level fast and do good damage. You have to actually enjoy playing your character(s) or else you might as well not play at all. I'd recommend for you to try a class you've never tried before - whether it happens to be a strong/"weak" class or not. If you happen to not like that particular class after playing it for a while; You'll always have the opportunity to create a new character with a different class.

I tried all classes, so there's no class that "you've never tried before" for me. But Brawler is an example of a class I'd say I played very little/had little experience with in the past, so it might be a good one to go with on here. I dont know if I'll like it very much though. The skills are interesting, but I fear I might be bored of it after a short time, so I'm not so sure. And they can be annoying to play on a low rate server like this, as I think they only become more interesting from 3rd job onwards, and reaching 3rd job may be a pain on here. AGain, I Dont know, its my first time here. Can you give an example of a class that is quite popular and that is easy to learn/play/control? Like, I thought it was always the Assassin but I'm not so sure anymore...

Oh and I dont want to create more than one character, because I feel if I'll have more than one, then I wont be able to focus on one main character, and thus will slow down the leveling process too. And it doesnt matter what the opportunity is, because I'm looking for a class that would become my main, one that I will play all the time, and if I'll ever have more tha one character, the second one would probably serve as a mule or sth, not two main characters.
I'll tell you guys what classes I am particularly interested in, but am not sure which one to go with;
Bandit Brawler sin Gunslinger Crossbowman Page
Thats pretty much all of them. Kind of having a tendency to go with Bandit because that has always been my most enjoyable class, but again, I'm not so sure...cause I played it a lot in the past.
Yeah, I dunno which one yet, but I'm going to have to make a decision though...

Of the classes stated above I would recommend you to go Crossbowman, since archers in general have both bossing and mobbing skills, plus some good buffs like SE and Concentrate.
Also i think i should mention that at the moment there is no Marksman in our rankings, due to some problems that ended with the only marksman getting banned.

Thanks NotFlux for the input. The thing is though, if I go with Crossbowman now I would only reach the full potential of this class at 4th job, and on a low 2x exp rate, I'm not too sure how long will it take me to get there.
In fact, in order to really decide better, I'll have to get some answers to these questions -
1. DOes 2x exp cards from Cash shop work here? 2. Is 2x exp rate is really as slow as it sounds? 3. If I play everyday, for about a few hours a day, how long will it take me to reach 4th job? 4. Is there anything specific in the server that allows players to level up fast, especially in the lower levels? 5. Does leech(high level people helping lower level people level up) exist/legal on here?
Hope you or someone else can answer these questions for me. To be honest, my ignorance about this server is the main reason for my problem with deciding which class to choose. I just need to know more before I can make any decisions/paths I'd take with a class.

Like, isn't that the main reason to play on a low rated server? Anyways, to answer your questions: 1. Yes 2. No 3. Not long if you're good 4. Following Flux's guide ( CLICK HERE) 5.
