You agreed to have broken the following rules:
x Ban Evasion x Account Sharing x False Player Reports x Exceed the max number of accounts allowed per person (2) x Harassing
That's quite a big shot. Though i don't even see those as the main problem. I have been informed that you have shown a very immature/annoying behavior during today's Event time, even after being told to stop it a multiple times. You do not get my "ok" for an unban. Nor do i completely reject your appeal now. I have not been present for the whole time during these incidents; i leave it to the main judge, who will be the one who banned you in the first place.

To add on this,
VonBIT and I were jailed for spamming in the empty FM. After being warped there, Dogust followed us and somewhat taunted us not to try escaping the high-tech facility. Which actually seemed somewhat as a playful mind game to me. However, when VonBIT started to talk about certain happenings in the past (to me in jail) he got banned, for 'being a pain'. Given the timing and reason given to this ban, I'd be forced to say the motives are personal rather than objective.
As mentioned by VonBIT, it would be a good thing to get the Terms and Conditions (TnC) updated. I as a new player wasn't aware of most of these unwritten rules. I actually took time to read the TnC through before registration, and now feel somewhat surprized by these new ones.

GG Gabe. Well after going through the entire rules list for the first time in months, it seems a past GM removed much more from my original rules than even the ones that are on the old forums (which even that had a good bit removed lol). All except for maybe ban evasion were on there at one point, so Ace isn't too far off. Though as we know by now that some things are missing and need to be re-added. But anyways, if I were still around I would have unbanned him and gave him a warning. Mainly to behave just a bit better, especially during events. Hosting events can become quite stressful at times, and while they try to do them as best as possible sometimes they could potentially go off. I know I have at least a couple of times (Ace can attest to this lol). While it shouldn't have happened to the point of someone getting banned, it's probably best if you didn't do shenanigans during events. Not so much of a good idea during those, or spam too excessively. But alas, it's not my call to do this. It's up to the current guys, but with something as minor as this (compared to the usual like hacking) it shouldn't be much of a problem to get unbanned.
