Me and John (RobinTheHood/RobinTheHS) were doing HTpreq and unfortunately only 1/4 Manon Cries dropped and we ended up using 2 Summoning Bags #11 in hopes of maybe getting a Cry to drop, which we unfortunately were unable to do. Sure, maybe we were impatient and could have of waited 6 hours and give it a 7th-10th try - but IMO I see no reason why the Manon's Cry drop rate can't be elevated (unless I'm, of course, unaware of it being an extraordinary item besides needing it for the HTpq quest - and if that so happens to be the case then; Disregard this thread). Yes/No? Thoughts?
Kind regards, Ninorta.

The drop rate is pretty much at the highest it can be (99.9%), so the confusing part is as to why it's not dropping basically every time a Manon is killed (with the quest active that is). I wouldn't know why it's not lol, Kalyb might.

Weird. When me and Jaeger did the quest the first 3 Manons only gave us 1 and then we were lucky enough to get a second one from the last Manon. The drop rate is far from 99.9% (with the quest in full effect)

Well the drop chance is set to 2, which is roughly around that (1 being 100%) lol. My guess is that something's conflicting with it and making it all screwed up and whatnot lol. Damn dragon.
