I have 4 quests that are stuck In Progress. I cannot forfeit them, and I can't finish them either because they're broken. Is there any way I can get those manually removed from my account? One of them seems to be causing the glitch where you can only kill one monster at a time and no drops.

As far as I know, you should be in the clear as long as you have forfeited the quests. Some quests work such that they'll still remain in your quest log after forfeiting them, but to my knowledge, these never cause bugs and so they never interfere with loot/exp.

Source: I've had a few of these "ghost" quests in my quest log, some for over 100 levels, and I've experienced no such errors.

My character is working just fine now, but could you remove Making a Path to the Sea(4511) when you get a chance? I don't know if I just missed that one or if it showed up after you removed The Great Secret Reveals (4512) but it's the only one left.
If it involves you having to go in to the DB and manually edit those tables, don't worry about it... I know that's a pain in the butt.
