What you last did: In-game, nothing out of the ordinary. I was banned for something I did out of the game.
Why do you think you got banned: Apparently I was banned for voting on 2 accounts. It never occurred to me that this was against the rules, since every other server I’ve played on allows it. I thought vote abuse just meant I couldn't vote dozens of times at once. Also, I didn't vote on 2 accounts just because I wanted to abuse the system and obtain more NX Cash. Ever since I started voting on this server, I’ve been getting sent to an error page about half of the time which says “Error - Couldn’t update vote records!”. From there, it does not take me to the gtop100 page, and I do not receive NX Cash on my account. To compensate for NX that I wasn't receiving, I started voting on my second account. For some reason, voting on the second account worked when it failed on the original account.
Why do you think you should be unbanned: I do not believe I have been using the vote system wrongfully, since I have only been voting on my second account to compensate for NX Cash that I should have received in the first place, but did not. I also sent a PM to Ace about this problem over 2 weeks ago, and he never responded. It doesn’t seem right that I should be banned for something that I legitimately tried to get help with, got ignored, and found my own workaround for. Apparently, SdwSlyr606 fixed the error for Alice (who was banned for the same reason, and also had my error) and I as of today, so hopefully the error isn't an issue anymore. I clearly understand the rules now, and if my accounts get unbanned, this will not happen again. I apologize for my actions and the inconvenience that this may have caused for the staff here.

). I check the forums at least once a day and the other GMs could have either told Kalyb or even me about it and fixed it much sooner than yesterday. While you likely meant no harm by doing the voting, things are a bit more complicated in your case than with the others. Ace will explain as to what I mean here soon.
