Do you mean the player that is best dressed in the color green? (for st. patty's day)
Or best dressed in general?

The barrier to enter the best-dressed contest is quite high (10600 nx) which makes me doubt many people would enter. My suggestion would be to allow some amount of green crayons to change hair/eyes to green, allowing a lower barrier and many more people willing to enter.

I think you can just enter with your best dressed look, regardless of whether it is green or not. Correct me if I'm wrong  |

Correct me if I'm wrong Yeah I think there has been some misunderstandings with the best-dressed event. My apologies on not making it clear. 1) To enter the best-dressed, one must have green eyes and green hair. (HULK SMASH)  2) Upon winning 1st, 2nd or 3rd, these 3 winners will get a Face + Hair makeover of choice, complete with new colours (unless they want green still)

GG EU time zoned people RIP... I dunno about everyone else, but I think the whole "limiting the rewards to only 3 people" seems a bit harsh for this event. There's the timezone thing. And then there's the prospect that some people simply might be busy during the day. So it sort of bottlenecks potential winners based on luck and uncontrollable factors like these. Then again, it could be argued that the rewards aren't astronomically important, so most people aren't losing out on much. Dunno. All I know is that personally I'd feel more compelled to participate if it weren't limited to three winners. Even if the system remains unchanged though, I won't be complaining--it's not like I'm missing out on that much, anyway, as I previously stated. |

Judging by Tetris' post, you can prolly dress up as the Hulk and still qualify Although if I wanted to participate in that event, I'd go with a St. Patrick's theme just to be safe But on the other hand, it WOULD be a real riot to see someone dressed up as The Hulk or Frankenstein's Monster or something and win 1st  |

Well you can wear whatever you want, but you only qualify if you already have green eyes and green hair. That's about it.
And again, taking into consideration the feedback on Who is it, I will not limit the rewards to just 3 people. I will however only
1) accept one entry per person (multiple entries will be ignored)
2) close Who is it? on Mondays PST (meaning Sunday 12am) (Puzzles and riddles are out on thursdays PST). This gives players Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to figure out the riddle.
For now, I will come up with another riddle for week 1. The previous riddle shall be considered a beta-test.
