IP address already used when voting Mar 8, 2015 7:38:14 GMT -8 via mobile

I only have one account and I vote using my phone internet. I voted when the 12hrs have past and it displays this message "your IP address has already been used." After that I tried to use WiFi and I have to wait another 12hrs because it said my account already voted, which was wrong. It happened twice already. What am I doing wrong?

SdwSlyr606: I've literally been out of the scene for around 7 years now (holy fuck that long?) lol, I have absolutely no knowledge of what good servers to even recommend anymore :F3:
