I checked the voting records and he only voted on his main account. So I added the second acc. check to his second account. The reason why it's required to tell a GM about this first is so they can add that check, so that'll prevent them to try and vote on said second account (and lead to vote abusing). If there's anyone to blame for the misunderstanding of this, blame a past staff member that decided to nearly completely fuck up my original ruleset.
