Happened to me twice in a 35 ticket spree at Mushroom Shrine.
(Maybe it's a certain item or items on the list thats bugged? I dunno)

I can confirm that this has been a problem before. I've had it happen to me infrequently over the time here.

Has also happened to me quite a few times. Sometimes though if your inventory is full in a certain section that the said item needs to go it will still take your ticket and you will not get anything for it either. To me that's a double bug. Things wrong her way and the way I just described.
