What you last did: Got disconnected on the day of the attack when everyone started warning each other not to logg out.
Why do you think you got banned: I am taking responsibility for voting on two accounts prior to the downtime although it's only because my little brother and I were account sharing (only two accounts), I understand I did not mention it to anyone but I have had no prior notices in regards to this issue since I started only until the recent comment I made in the shoutbox (4/3/2015). Adam mentioned this is why the account is still banned, I have no intention in regards to gaining any advantages over any other player.
Why do you think you should be unbanned: It's been too long waiting to come back to Noble, I promise to only vote on my Main Account which if needed I will PM the staff the Username of my main character. I also miss a lot of people that play this server and would love to reconnect with the old community

I don't know why nobody else is replying to this thread, but considering all your, for lack of a better word, 'faults', voting on two accounts and having two accounts is not as bad as account sharing. I think account sharing MIGHT be the most likely reason why you are still banned. But then again since you're playing with your brother (even though I've never met him on the server btw just saying) you would both have the same IP, just like how my sister plays Noble as well.

Consider this a bump because I really, in all honesty, don't know why you don't get a reply that can be done within a few minutes like I just did right here

The main reason for not giving a quick answer is simply because a proper Staff-internal discussion or voting for a ban appeal cannot be realized within just 12h.
This reply is also not meant to tell you a final decision already, but just to inform you that we are currently considering your case.

Abusing the vote system is a heavier offense than sharing accounts with someone. By doing so, you grant yourself an abnormal advantage over other players by gaining extra NX. On top of that, sharing the accounts with someone else doesn't really help it, ToS-wise. The only thing which might make us re-consider your ban appeal is the fact that you weren't able to claim the whole profit for yourself, because of the account sharing mentioned before.
You will get a clear answer once your case has been discussed.

I have to apologise then, to Ace as well as jeremiah.

With what's been happening so far, your case is not as high priority as the rest. But like Ace said, it will be discussed. Anyway with regards to performance and attitude, you have always had a clean sheet up until now.

Again sticking with my gut and saying 'innocent until proven guilty.'

However in this case, like many others, the hammer of Thor is thrown until we can repair the 'rainbow bridge' between players and staff.
