Hello NobleStory! It's the 1st of January, which means it's both the beginning of a new year and the beginning of another new month of NobleStory events. You can find them below. Have fun and Happy New Year!
1. January Scavenger Hunt
Collect items/screenshots to receive some special one-of-a-kind prizes. Visit the link for more information. Get on hunting!
2. January iSpy
Find the location of my image(s), take a screenshot of yourself next to it, and win some fabulous rewards. Visit the link for more information. Get on searching!
3. January Ores of the Month
There are two ores of the month in January - Black Crystal and Silver. For every 5 refined black crystals or 5 refined silver plates, that you give me, you will receive 1 Event Trophy, 1 Maple Leaf, and 1 Red Envelope. There is no limit to the number of Black Crystals or Silver Plates that you may give me for these prizes. This will last until 11:59pm on the 31st of January.
4. The Great Snowboard Exchange
For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, January means lots and lots of snow. Tis the season to go snowboarding! If you'd like to receive the Super Snowboard, an exclusive snowboard that can't be found anywhere else in the game, you will need to collect 1 Sky Snowboard, 1 Aqua Snowboard, 1 Silver Snowboard, 1 Golden Snowboard, 1 Dark Snowboard, and 1 Blood Snowboard. Once you collect all 6 Snowboards, you can trade it in for a Super Snowboard. This is limited to 1 per account.
5. New Beginnings
A brand new year gives us a fresh start on all of our goals. How about kicking off the new year by beginning a Permanent Beginner Character? For this month only, if you are able to level up your beginner to certain levels, you will receive various rewards.
level 20 = Frozen Tuna, 5 Red Envelopes
level 30 = Sake Bottle, 5 Red Envelopes
level 40 = Maroon Mop, 5 Red Envelopes
level 50 = Deputy Star, 5 Red Envelopes
For every 10 levels, after 50, you will receive an additional 10 red envelopes. Keep in mind that you will also be able to receive all of the rewards from the beginner leveling achievements. If you already have a beginner character, I will count it.
6. NobleStory Winter JQ Spectacular! (Continued)
Our 1st Every JQ Tournament has begun, and we are in the midst of finishing the Preliminary Round. As we begin the tournament stage, I will attempt to schedule rounds at more precise times and allow for more spectators to watch rounds. I encourage everybody to cheer their fellow players throughout the tournament. Good Luck to all participants!
7. Ring in the (Chinese) New Year!
This year, Chinese New Year will be on Friday, January 31st. To celebrate, this weekend (January 31 - February 2) will include some very special events. This weekend will be the first opportunity to trade in your Red Envelopes! It will last until the end of February. I will delve more into the purpose of Red Envelopes as we get closer to this date. Needless to say, there will be a lot that you can do with them.
