I have not had any LUK finding one. Training on Paper Lanterns, blowing two or three rounds of Gach... I'm almost convinced they don't exist.
If it's clean and average (not gonna lie, I wouldn't mind even a close-to-average at this point), I'd probably pay 10m for it.
