Yesterday I played NobleMS on my brother's laptop, and now that he is interested in playing and creating an account, he is unable to; when he goes to create an account it says to contact GM for permission to make multiple accounts. My understanding is that it is an IP address issue, as I have voted for my account on his computer before.
My brother would really like to play! Any help is greatly appreciated.
