This certain item/scroll hasn't been dropping from Curse Eyes while it is listed on @whatdrops
2044502 - Scroll for Bow for ATT 10%
Asked Adam and Kim to confirm if they dropped or not. Adam did a test of 1000 curse eyes, but was unsuccessful in finding it. Then he went onto MYSQL? (don't quote me on that... not sure what Maplestory uses) and found that it was not in the drops.
Despite that, I grinded at Curse Eyes for 17 hours in total and have not found a single 10% Bow for ATT. If this could be fixed as soon as possible. That'd be awesome.

The 10% Scrolls all have the same drop rates in MySQL so that shouldn't be a problem.
